As an on and off regular of this club for 10 years, I can definitely confirm most of your assessment. The quality of talent has gone way downhill. The age of the talent has gone uphill. Whereas before Russians only worked the night shift now about half of the day shift are russians. The amount of Latinas has decreased and some of the ones there, have been there almost as long as I've been going.
