I find NYC expensive, and club-wise...

I find NYC expensive, and club-wise particularly so given the limited mileage, but I am glad business brings me near Flashdancers. If you get there in the afternoon, before 3pm, drinks are 2-4-1 ($15, I think, it was for 2 heineken), no cover, and in the nice weather, no $3 mandatory coat check (plus tip). The descent into this basement club is weird but get over it. Probably has the best looking girls in NYC clubs. And in the afternoon, while not the 1st string girls, they are available. As opposed to nights when you can't pick and chose much and the private dances benches are so stacked, the guy next to you is rubbing on you more than the dancer.

Found more russian/eastern European types than my last visit. And more contact, even stick shifting. I wish this club had a more private lap dance area but c'est la vie. I had a couple of lap dances and my two beers over the course of an hour. Great way to spice up an afternoon in NYC for less than $.
