First visits after name change from 007 to Red Lips; happy to see many of the inadequacies of former management have been addressed. Still a nice club physically; large central stage with one pole, rail chairs on 4 sides and tables & chairs scattered in rest of the room. Upholstered benches behind low walls for $10 bikini dances on two sides; one wall with 5-6 VIP booths with semi-transparent curtains (tho pretty dark over there so privacy decent). DJ not great: music too loud and voice garbled. Bathroom is a one-holer and while fairly nice it probably entails waits if/when club busy. Not a problem times I have been there, as rarely more than 1-2 customers. Got rid of the dumb-ass "hostess" concept, where non-dancer girls would come to table and talk for $$/dancer drinks -- never understood the logic for that since no lap dancing. Now just a standard strip club. Daytime problem remains an inadequate number of dancers: on this latest visit, only three (plus bartender, who used to dance but now apparently does not) and one (the hottest) ended up leaving after about 45 minutes since the place so dead. On plus side, the three dancers were all young, pretty in face and trim with pretty rockin' bodies: Summer, a white-ish, maybe Midddle Eastern girl with a trim athletic body, BB/C cups, slim hips and sexy lingerie, who gave probably the best lap dance; Rosie, a tall white girl maybe 20 with a little baby-fat in the face but an all-woman body of nice C cups and solid ass; and Camilla - IMO the hottest - a dark-haired tiny spinner with big eyes and very pretty face, maybe Latina (but acted very OC-white girl) who unfortunately had only been dancing about 3 weeks and clearly needs some practice. In fact, all of these girls need some training in customer service skills: barely worked the floor, weak on the conversation/sales pitch after I approached them, weak grinds and some defense in lap dances (although I didn't push much since writing on the wall was pretty clear). These girls could all be serious earners if they improved this aspect of their game and just committed themselves to the stripper arts. Bartender Madison was a real pro during her dancer days (even tho not my type physically), and should take these girls under her wing. Club seems amenable to mileage in the $25/dance VIP booths; but nothing to report this trip. I am hopeful for the future, however; so will repeat.
