Reached HiLiter after visiting the Great Alaskan. There are considerable differences in the two places. HiLiter is much smaller and seemed darker in comparison to GAB (and of course no full nudity). There was just one girl at the pole, who wasn't attracting much attention from crowd. Immediately after taking our seats, two girls approached, who appeared friendly but not pushy. The second one claimed to be a South American and had a body to claim that. She gave 'enough' reasons to go straight with her for a LD, but since we had just settled in, took a little slow. Drinks seemed average and for those who ordered cocktails, it seemed a little run down. When decided to go for a LD, it eventually was with another gal (South American had left by then). This gal, while had an attitude and air about herself, gave one of the best LDs. The LD itself is in a partially separated area with a flimsy curtain separating the view. While YMMV may be true, but to keep the Phoenix spirit, I'd say that this gal did her job 'pretty' well. The dance itself was topless but with little left to imagination. However, crappy part was when the LD ended and she claimed that it was 5 dances (instead of 3 pre decided). Not much fun to have a brawl after a good show, so ended up paying the extra. However, would suggest to clarify in advance, in case if this seems to be a common theme at this place. Good luck!
