I had a client in town...

I had a client in town that likes to be entertained at GCs. I had been eager to check this place out too. This place opened in the winter of 2015. Previously a dance club that had been vacant for years. This is now one of the nicest SC's in all of the metro Detroit region. It is on par with Penthouse, Scores, Coluseum, etc. I would say that the ladies dancing are on par with Penthouse, which no other clubs can say. We went on a Monday night, after the Detroit Fireworks. Cover was $10. We walked in about 10 pm, and it was not too busy at first, but by midnight it was very busy. The ladies were very beautiful, and happy to sit and talk, very friendly. The place is the cleanest feeling of all the clubs I've been to around Detroit, maybe by virtue of being newer. It didn't smell like smoke much at all. I think you can smoke, but only on the second level, which has a separate bar. I didn't order food, but would try it next time, we had already eaten. The drinks are on the pricey side. Corona was $8. A Jack on the rocks was $13. Hennessey on the Rocks was $14. Whatever, they have to pay the bills... and being in a clean safe place is worth it. One interesting thing that I saw here was a LOT of young lady patrons that came in with men. They get in free as long as they have a guy with them... it was interesting to see, and some of the ladies were really into it, tipping the dancers on stage and even trying to get friendly with them on stage... One of the dancers told me that this place has developed a reputation for being lady-friendly. The dancers don't always like the ladies there because they say the guys that come in with their GFs don't by dances, they are being babysat by their ladies... haha. Once in a while they get a couples dance which they like, but they said it is rare. Overall, this is a class act of a club and I'll go back to entertain my clients who enjoy the scene.
