I've gone to Capital Cabaret a few times now. The most recent was a Friday night so I'll focus on that one, but I have to say that even weeknight evenings were surprisingly busy with quite a few dancers on shift (always at least 10, maybe 20) - much more lively than something like Teaser's on a Wednesday night (I still love Teaser's, it's just a smaller club all around).
The setup of the club has 2 levels of stage and except on the quietest nights you'll always have two dancers going in four song sets staggered by two songs. The first song is clothed, the next 3 are topless. First 2 songs are on the top stage where the pole is (though it's a short pole and doesn't get a lot of use outside of spins) while the other dancer is lower down getting tips for audience attention. It's all one-way contact as expected, but can still be quite fun for a few dollars on the front row.
Overall dancer quality was pretty high. Especially on Friday night there's a wide variety of body types and ethnicities. Probably around 50% white, 25% black, and 25% Asian + Latino. Many of the girls are on the thinner/athletic side, though there were some confident plus-sized dancers who were very thoroughly entertaining a group with table dances while I was there.
