Going to Flamingo is always an exercise in limiting your expectations. For instance there is almost never anyone dancing on stage, it doesn't matter what time of the day or night I've gone or the day of the week if you are looking for stage dancing you will probably be disappointed. The longest I've ever spent in the club was about 1 1/2 hours and in that time I saw two dancers on stage. You go to Flamingo because there is almost always a decent selection of girls and not many customers and the girls are very friendly and they generally provide a UHM dances that are cheap.

So having a little free time around lunch time I decided to stop by and hopefully have a little fun. I wasn't ready for how low my expectations should have been this trip. I walked in and there was one other customer sitting with a dancer. I sat down got my drink and waited to see what other dancers would wander out from the back. The dancer with the other customer went off for some $10 dances and one other customer walked in. The new customer and I proceeded to sit there staring at a blank stage and watching the other dancer doing LD's to the first customer for the next 20 minutes. In that time the manager wandered through the club numerous times, the waitress walked around doing various things, a cute dancer showed up for work and nothing else happened. This was almost 2 hours after they opened, so I'm assuming the dancer giving the LD was the only dancer currently on shift since clearly there were two customers available. At this point I left.

I'm sure I'll go back but this was really a very pathetic trip.
