I visit Babe's every 3 months...

I visit Babe's every 3 months when I'm in Gadsden for work. I've yet to see the same dancers in there (I usually go on a Tuesday evening), but the ones I do see in there are usually friendly. No cover charge for the afternoon/evening - I think it's $5 at night. Drinks are reasonable, $3.50 for a beer - I think it's about $4-5 for a liquor drink (I've only had beer). Each time I've gone on Tuesday, I've literally been 1 of 3 or 4 patrons in the club - so when you go to the stage, whoever is dancing will pay attention to you. A lap dance is $30 in the back and I've enjoyed every one I've had in there - some a little more fun than others, but always enjoyable. I would recommend if you're ever near Gadsden/Attalla - you can have a good time for $50 or less.
