I was talking to a buddy...

I was talking to a buddy yesterday and he said that Follies along with some other clubs are entering the Summer doldrums. There are fewer customers because many outside workers are in their peak business season, many married men are taking vacations with their families,. and of course their are other hobbies and pastimes that are taking up their time and money. I have to agree with that.

As a result of this lack of customers, fewer dancers are coming in to work. Especially those with kids. By the time they pay baby sitters and house fees, it is just not worth it.

I have been going one or twice a week for the last couple of months and have seen the drop off. My last visit was Saturday, 6/13. I was there from 12:30 until 5PM and only got dances from 3 girls. 1 Long time favorite, 1 petite cutie that I have gotten occasional dances from but won't do VIP. Damn it. And 1 girl new to me that I have placed on my VIP "to do" list.
