So, was in the mood for...

So, was in the mood for a little visual action and maybe more and stopped in at 1337 King. This was a Wednesday night at about 10:30 PM. Paid a $10 cover charge and went inside to find a bar on the left with sports on the TV, a couple of dance poles (one at the front and one near a "reserved" section on the right side across from the bar and no one really dancing. There were probably 7-10 girls on shift and were mostly sitting around and chatting with customers but as others have stated, this is not a real high energy club. I had been drinking pretty heavily prior to my arrival and so I really didn't need anything to drink and wasn't pressured in to having to buy anything (which was nice).

As I was perusing the club, a pretty blonde was sitting at one of the small circular tables and she asked if I wanted to join her. Her name was Jewels and she's Russian. She had.a great personality and we chatting with essentially no pressure for anything for quite awhile. When I inquired about the dances, she mentioned there are $30 dances in the lap area (partitioned off booths separate from the main club room and the VIP room which was $150 for 30 mins. I was a little hesitant but in a soft voice, she seemed to indicate that good fun could be had in VIP. So I took her up on her offer.

As she indicated, a truly great time was had! She's a sweetheart and I'll definitely try to see her again.
