I first went to this place...

I first went to this place a couple years ago on a fairly dead night. My, how times have changed. This place was body-to-body on a Saturday night, a much bigger crowd than some of the competing clubs across town. The building was undergoing renovations, so it was a little hard to find on a dark, foggy night.

This place remains the opposite of clubs like the Foxy and Fantasies. It is dark, dirty and sweaty, and if you believe one of the dancers, the sticky floors aren’t just from the spilled beer. The dancers range from attractive to grotesque, the least attractive ones being the most overaggressive. The payment system is a little weird too. There’s a $5 cover to get into the club and the upstairs “sports bar.” $10 more up front will get you into the overcrowded nude room, and you have to go to the downstairs bar to pay for a private dance or a private room.

My dancer choice was Alexia, an all-natural cutie with reddish-brown hair (admittedly with the dark lighting it was hard to tell her hair color). A trip to the back room revealed the place’s strong point. Let’s just say it’s a lot like the Playhouse Lounge in Burlington, NJ, and I’ll leave it at that.
