We visited the Penthouse Club on...

We visited the Penthouse Club on a recent business trip to New Orleans. It is is located on Iberville Street on the western end of Bourbon Street. The outside of the club is nothing too special to catch your eye; yellow brick building with a neon sign. When you walk in it is a large, open space with two center island stages and a 3rd bar stage; very upscale looking. I think it was $10 or $12 bucks to get in but they stamped our hands so we could come and go as we wanted. There were three bars and drinks were a little pricey at $8-$9 for beer. Service was slow so we just ordered at the bar.

Girls do a two song rotation on each of the stages so find a seat in the middle of the stages and enjoy the view. Hustle was pretty low and the dancers circulated the floor pretty regularly. Private dances started at $20 for a floor dance and $40 for upstairs in a private booth. There were other, longer specials, but I didn't do any and I don't remember the pricing structure. The quality of the dancers was very good and there should be something for every taste. I didn't get any signs or hits that there were any extras to be had at this club and I didn't try.

Overall it was a good time but a little expensive. The dancers and staff were fun and friendly and the place was full of beautiful women. Other than wanting to try the other clubs for the sake of variety I would come back if I return to New Orleans.
