Showed up early on Tuesday to have a few beers. Had stopped in VERY briefly to the Glass Slipper a moment earlier, but there wasn't one girl that caught my eye and I wasn't in a patient mood to see if anyone else would come in late to their shift. Things were very slow at C-Folds until around 7:30 when a few groups came in. The place isn't very big, but it seems clean and the dancers are regularly pretty beautiful even up close. Lap dances here are still strictly no-touch, which makes them a bad investment. But, I'm not sure if it's a better or worse investment than buying a dancer a drink. I think the best deal is to tip at the rail. Dancers are beautiful and they get just as close as they do during "lap" dances while on stage. Bud lights were $8 rather than the $10 at glass slipper (though the slipper didn't collect a $10 cover at 7:00 and C-Folds did). I could be wrong, but I think the prices of the VIP rooms went down. I'm probably wrong. Regardless, I was told $230 for a half hour. That's lower than I thought, though still pretty expensive. Honestly though, it didn't sound all that wild up there and I imagine a great deal of upselling and suggested tipping is involved upstairs. I left after two beers and saved my money.
