Stopped in to the Vegas Gentelmen's...

Stopped in to the Vegas Gentelmen's Club in Darien, WI for a night out after a hard day at work. If you can get over the fact that this place is out in the middle of nowhere, and looks like a dive, you can have a great time. The place is a bit outdated, but they are making a lot of renovations inside to update it and clean it up. It doesn't have that cold, stand off-ish feel like some clubs do. It has a type of "Cheers" feel to it, like you will look over and see Norm sitting at the corner.

I hadn't eaten dinner yet, so I decided to order something. The food is pretty good here. Pizza or a burger is usually my bar stand by, but tonight I decided to try the special. Fish dinner sounded good, seeing how it was Friday night. Let me say that it was outstanding! The fish was flakey and light, and the breading was crispy and flavorful. Probably the best fish I have had in the Southern Wisconsin area. I will definitely be back for it again. I know, you say "I don't go to a strip club for the food". Well, if you go after work and your hungry, you gotta eat. And their food is pretty good.

The bartenders and wait staff could be the bet part of this club. They are really on top of things and they poor a good drink for a reasonable price. Most of them are very attractive (OK they are SMOKIN HOT) and can be extremely entertaining to say the least. It was not a dull night with the energy that the bar/wait staff was throwing down. Shots were flying around like mad, and we (the staff and I) were getting a little rowdy.
