I stopped in here last Wednesday...

I stopped in here last Wednesday in the late afternoon after going to Platinum West. There were not many dancers or customers in the place. After getting a drink and sitting down, I was joined by a new face. She told me she was here because the Greenville club had closed down. She said a group of them came down but most were working the night shift. We had a nice conversation about how the clubs have changed over the years before she offered a dance. We talked about the watcher and she told me he was only in the two rooms next to the stage. The dance room near the bar was unwatched. As it turns out, it made no difference because the dance was totally uninspiring.

I then ran into an old favorite. We talked for awhile - she danced for awhile. I went home not as happy as I have in the past.
