I've been wanting check this place...

I've been wanting check this place out again. I believe it's run by the same people who run my beloved Perfect 10, however it's much more centrally located and convenient, just to the north of the (former) Highland Mall. On balance I was pleasantly surprised and would go again.

The layout of the club reflects its old school history. It's kind of a long rectangle with the main stage at one far end and the bar that was open at the other. In between the two is a complicated array of awkwardly situated tables and chairs and other obstacles. There's another stage in the middle of this (not going during my visit) and if there is another I didn't see it. There are VIP booths up to the right of the main stage (more about these later). Despite a recent remodel, the club retains a dank quality, with odors of lobster special, weed vapor and carpet mildew mixing in with the perfume.

On this particular Thursday afternoon the place was DEAD. Besides me it seemed like there was one whale in the VIP, a couple of older gents and a few young burnout types in the place. Despite this, there were a good number of girls working and a pretty good looking crew overall. Maybe a dozen or so girls dancing, though it's hard to say since it seems like some may have been hiding away in the dressing room. Most of the girls were slim, mostly white with a few black and Latina, and a few real hotties standing out.
