This is a combination review of Rouge from the last few months or so that I've visited.

Rouge, as other reviews will tell you, has undergone a lot of changes. Change in ownership and management. A dancer told me Rouge is now owned by Ricks out of Seattle...If I remember, that means it is part of the NW Deja Vu franchise. However, I don't have any knowledge of the Seattle scene, so I could be wrong on that. Either way, expect more of a corporate atmosphere in Rouge - more rules, less ability for dancers to make deals or provide enhanced experiences.

The club itself has improved physically quite a bit. The chairs around the rack have improved, the 3 for $100 dance areas are smaller, but more private. The VIP area has more light (and cameras, or at least now you can see the cameras) - the VIP area is also slightly more private with dividers between couches. However, it's still not totally private.
