We ended up at Jumbos after a few drinks at a couple of Hollywood bars. It's turning into a total hipster joint. More a place to listen to some rock drink a PBR and socialize with some strippers. Basically you could take your girlfriend or wife here. Not the place to be mothering. Jumbo’s is the smallest club that I’ve ever been to. It actually is a very tiny joint and when we went there was a decent line outside, a mix of men and women and most between 25-40. There’s a bar in the back of the club, several seats at the medium sized stage, five small round tables and a few stools by a tall bench, but even with the mirrored wall to make things seem bigger than they really are, this place still feels tiny. The dancers were actually hotter than I thought or expected, but I admit my expectations were really low. You'll find more action at the Deja Vu Hollywood club (and hotter dancers), which is just up the road. But if you just want to chill and enjoy a cool/unique atmosphere Jumbo's is a really cool place. It's also a great place to go just to drink. Definitely a memorable place. I think they do offer lap dances. But definitely no hustle and we just tipped at the stage. No dances.
