A dancer friend had started working...
A dancer friend had started working at Diamonds a few months ago. So I ventured in a few times to see her and to remind myself why Diamonds is not my cup of tea. The physical structure is nice but the general attitude is uptight. Which suits my friend because she has a history of abuse and issues with physical contact. Me, not so much. I much prefer clubs that give dancers the freedom to set their own limits and work to their own comfort zones. And if those comfort levels agree with my expectations, it can be a beautiful thing. During some of Diamonds high times, the club did have some of the best look dancers working in Dayton. Not so much lately. I would rate the line up to be average to poor. I've known a number of long time Diamond dancers from other clubs. They tend to be uptight girls who like the uptight atmosphere. To each their own but this doesn't push my buttons. If you must have bare vagina, then Diamonds is your place. If you want a comfortable snuggle with a pretty girl and sometimes more, this isn't the place. There are camera's everywhere and bouncer are ever present. For a dancer, Diamonds is very strictly anti-drugs and the high level of security may make you feel safe. The rules and fines may be an issue. There used to balcony seating but it is all dance booths now. They do offer a shower dance which is one on one with the girl and a security camera. Diamonds really comes down to how important nudity is to you.
