I was in the club on October 20th when several ABC (Alchohol Beverage Control board) agents visited in an official capacity. It appeared that they were inspecting Fantasia for compliance with ABC regulations and other state laws. I don't know whether this has anything to do with a recent news release out of Birmingham.

We'll see how this affects things at Fantasia. On the night in question, once the agents were gone, everything pretty much returned to normal, with a couple of the girls still afraid to reveal much. My experience in the VIP upstairs (quite a while after they left) was as good as any I've had here, but I was a known customer to the dancer who had danced several time for me before. Not sure how this will affect the level of service available to those the dancers don't know. By far the best club I've been to in Alabama, I'd hate to see those busybody politicians trying to make a name for themselves ruin it. At least for now, the club has plenty of girl next door type hotties as well as a few of the tired, older type.
