The club is in Irvington, which is a crappy, dangerous city. Fortunately, the club is on a main street with a lot of activity and vehicular traffic. The neighborhood is at an acceptable level of safety, and I have never had any trouble. Just do not go wandering around the city. I can attest that the route from the Garden State Parkway to the club is fine. I have never parked in the parking lot because I get the impression that parking on the street is safer and better. The club itself is shabby and run-down. The bathroom is dirty and smelly, so make sure to take a crap at home. There is no cover, and I think that a beer is $5. A dance costs $20, and it lasts about 5 minutes. Despite the Irvington location, blacks really don't attend the club. The patrons are pretty cool, relaxed, and well-behaved. Surprisingly, there are many types of patrons, but hispanics seem to be the largest group.

The dancers are not very attractive, but you can probably find one or two that are decent enough to get the job done. There are absolutely no American dancers, and the overwhelming majority of them are Brazilian. These are generally not the hot brazilians that you dream about. They are mostly fat, older, and darker skinned. Nevertheless, the quality has improved, and there are some younger brazilians with reasonable figures. If you look hard, you can find a solid 6 or 7, but you will not see any 8s, 9s, or 10s. They are generally friendly, and they are willing to get down in the dance area, which affords plenty of privacy. You will be treated with suspicion until they get to know you. The ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese will greatly accelerate the process and move things along very quickly. The brazilians don't seem to be into billy joel, but frank sinatra can be heard for about .6. There might also be some eastern europeans, but they seem to be even fatter and older. Overall, this place is worth a visit in order to find relief.
