I had been looking forward to...

I had been looking forward to visiting La Nude considering that it is the only full nude club in OKC. When I entered at about 7:30 in the evening there was 1 bar tender, 1 waitress, 1 bouncer, 1 doorman and 1 dancer. All of these other employees were hoping to make a living off of the tiny bit of revenue this one dancer brought in. Clearly,. the current situation was not how they envisioned the club working at the beginning.

It is my opinion that this club is going to die unless something changes. The prices were ridiculously inflated ($10 door fee, $4 soft drinks, $50 dances for one song.) and the dancer was average at best. The gimmick for this club is that the performer on stage might sometimes strip down to nude and that the lap-dances in the private rooms are nude as well. Great! right? Nude lap dances - what's not to like. Except that the dances aren't actually nude. You mean the girl doesn't take off her bottoms? No, she takes off her bottom, but she's clear across the room she does it. There is no contact when she is nude. She is on her little stage and you are in your chair at the edge of the stage, and there is no touching, but there couldn't be because she's too far away anyway. The dancer made a big deal by saying that my feet could touch the edge of the stage while she danced on it. Wow, her feet. How much better could it get. Is it possible that her finger might brush the back of my hand - ecstasy"

I didn't take her offer because I didn't think watching her sans-bottoms was worth the $50 price tag. Let's see - for $50 I get to not touch her. I get to not have her touch me. I get to sit at a distance from her while she is on some sort of stage. I get to do this with a closed-circuit video camera watching my every move the whole time. Which part of any of that is suppose to be worth $50 for 4 minutes?
