This place is located not far from Rt. 10 in Dover. No charge to get in (at least when I went), but there appeared to be a one drink minimum, which was no big deal. Dancers seem mostly Hispanic, with a few Russian girls mixed in. It's a bikini bar, but the girls will flash more for a tip. Dancers will attempt the dollar parade as soon as you walk in - resist. If you're not paying, they will go away. I only stayed for about 20 minutes before heading over to Smiles 2, but I will be back, and will review again.
