I'm a local who usually goes to Rhino. Although they are both free for locals, it's more of a hassle waiting online at Sapphires and getting a receipt.........and actually trying to find a seat in this place is even tougher than Rhino. The lower level VIP is about the same price as Rhino and it's more spacious which is good. The girls don't seem to be as crazy back there though but I guess anything is possible. I've had better luck at Rhino VIP than I had here. Maybe the private skyboxes are where the action is but at Sapphires but I kind of doubt it. Still worth checking out though.
