Been here a few times on...

Been here a few times on various nights, hence the 'unknown' day of visit. The Brick House is one of those places that is more like a dive bar with some girls dancing then a real "strip club" or "gentlemen's club". Very much a local type crowd, I guess some would say blue collar type place. Never had a problem with anyone there, they keep to themselves, just not a "bachelor party" or "wild night out" type of joint. Not the cleanest, most luxurious club in the world - though not gross, just not real glamorous, maybe a bit run down, but that doesn't bother me at all. Some people I know think it's a dive, but having been in REAL dives, I'd say just low rent. The place is actually somewhat spacious though, almost 2 separate rooms, each with a stage. However, there are rarely if ever enough people in the place to justify the second stage being open, even on weekends, so it's usually just the front stage. There's also 2 pool tables.

The bar staff has always been real nice, drinks are fine, nothing to write home about, but no complaints.

The stage sits about 4 feet high, is not particularly large, and has about 10 chairs at the rail. But I don't know if I have ever seen the rail full. Again, most folks come here, drink some beer, shoot pool, hang with the girls, that type of place. There are often a couple women there, (ie, not dancers), so while it's not what I would call a romantic spot for couples, you can bring a woman here if you dig this type of thing and it's fine.

The dancers here are not what you would call "Barbi dolls". They are best described as real women. Various styles, various sizes, and various personalities. Some of them are pretty nice, in fact, overall I'd say they are more personable than the average strip club, and many don't have a problem with getting in your business (in a good way). Buy 'em a drink, they'll chat with ya, and they'll give you a good time at the rail. But if you're looking for models/dyed blonde actresses/that thing, not that type of place.

There are semi-private rooms for private dances, I say semi because it is away from the main action, but you may share the space with someone else getting a dance.
