I visit the LS occasionally for a change of pace. I have always found the staff to be extremely friendly but the dancers to be hit or miss, ranging from flat out gross to "I would re-arrange my life if she asked me to."

I did not have a ton of cash so I just sat back and surveyed the scene. I feel like there's a lot more pressure for flat-rate dances these days. Good because you don't have to count songs, bad because the hustle is more apparent. But I think an amicable conversation is part of the overall experience. And, for the record, that's possible here too.
