I have been to Follies twice...

I have been to Follies twice before, never felt like it lived up to it's reputation. Today, definitely better. A shout out to Shadow who gave me a few pointers.

I arrived at 1 pm, parked myself and entered. Different girl giving the search, she was not sexy at all. Found Shadowcat's seat empty. I took it, but in no way should be sitting in it. Waited at least 5 minutes for a waitress, maybe 10. Not a stellar start, except the seat. My drink was 5.25.

Eventually, was approached by a dancer . She was pleasant and talked for 2 to 3 songs before asking for a dance. The first dance was good, the second improved significantly. Stopped after two. Then, the dancers swarmed. I guess I needed to break the ice. Some better than others. Many were very cute, some offering OTC.

I stayed 2 hours, got 10 dances, left smiling with 2 sets of digits.

There were lots of dancers, all varieties. Never got a hard upsell. I am starting to buy the hype.
