My visit at Follies started around lunch time. I always try to get there early. You avoid the valet, entry line/cover, and can get a good seat.

They almost always have both stages going (boardwalk and park place). However, the real show at follies is the table/couch dances. There are always a stable of girls patrolling the floor to give $10 dances. Be picky! They don't mind. Most will accept the "No" and move on to the next guy.

If you find a girl you like, usually the dances will be amazing with lots of 2 way contact. VIP is always an option as well.
