It was pouring down rain, so why not venture over to Washington Park? Hollywood does not charge admission during the daytime, so I went up to the bar and ordered a Coke. Stormy came over, but then she left and came back wearing a knee brace on her right leg. I guess since they are not technically employees, the management requires their "independent contractors" to work around injuries sustained on the job. Era, Apple and Vanity were also there with another AA dancer and another unidentified dancer. Miss Unidentified was sitting with a customer, another dancer was up on the stage for their three song rotation, and the remaining dancers were seated at the bar checking their I phones and probably texting regulars to see if they had the afternoon free. It seemed that a couple of the regular daytime girls had either called off due to the weather, or just decided it was cheaper to pay their "fine" for not showing up. After not being approached at a table where I was seated alone while at least 10 songs had played, I figured it was time to call it a day for Hollywood.
