My modus operandi when going to...

My modus operandi when going to a club is to take a seat in the middle -- not right up next to the stage nor back at the wall. Then I watch the rotation on the main stage all or most of the way through before choosing someone for a dance. When I see a girl or two I like, then I go up to the stage and drop some ones to show my interest. Nearly always, the dancer comes by shortly after departing the main stage.

So here at Club 390, I did the same. The lay-out is pretty nice, kind of a triangle around the main stage. The seats are comfortable and there are different options. The wait staff was attentive (and, as always seems to be the case, as good looking as most of the dancers). So I watched the rotation most of the way through -- there was no one below a 5 and at least a couple of 8's (one that maybe was a 9). Now that's not bad for a dancer line-up any where, on a mid-week evening. I dropped ones on the two 8's.

And then -- nothing. Neither one ever came by to talk or see if I'd like a dance. Now the near-9 was pretty busy during the two hours I was there, often approaching others and being taken back to the VIP, so her not approaching me I do understand -- although she also spent a lot of time chatting with folks at the bar, so she wasn't busy all night. The other 8 didn't seem to approach more than one or two, who did not take her back.
