Been waiting a long time to try out the Lido Room. Been getting invitations for quite a while but there weren't any reviews from established TUSCL members so hard to trust them. I have been here longer than anyone so I hope people will believe this review. They have 4 nights a week (and expanding all the time) for their 'parties'. I hear the Thursday night venue near 39th and 9th Ave is very nice, but I was there the night before at the Rockefeller Center location. It was a fairly nice club but not permanently a strip club so not real plush. The women here are much friendlier than at NYC strip clubs. They will chat for a long time without insisting on a dance. The ads seem to overrate the looks of the women here - most of the ladies were 7s and 8s. I didn't see the hot model 10s here that I have read about. Still, I was there just once so they may attend other locations. The dances I had with two women (not concurrently) were very good at $20 each. Drinks were not expensive either for strip clubs. They seem to have a nucleus of women that work several days a week and thus travel to all locations. A very pleasant change from the NYC strip club scene. I think the women will get better and better looking the longer the clubs are open and more business they get. The quality is pretty darn good as it is! The place opens at 7pm and I think almost all the women at there around opening. So you you are an early person you don't miss out on the top quality. If I lived in NYC I'd come here often. I will probably visit almost every time I come to the city a few times a year.
