Legends is a super swank strip...

Legends is a super swank strip club located in downtown Detroit just a couple of blocks up from the GM Renaissance Center next to the river. The club has the nicest decor of any I've been to. Better than the Penthouse or Coliseum in Detroit which is a high bar and even better than the likes of Sapphire's in Las Vegas which was my old favorite for decor.

To get to the club from my hotel near the airport I took an Uber which is new to Detroit but seems to be off to a good start. I was surprised that the total cost was just a little over $20 given the distance on a map. The next nice surprise was that there was no cover at this club. Like I say the club's interior is second to none in terms of decor. Red velvet everything. Perfect lighting, and a nice psychedelic display playing out on a giant screen behind the main stage. Even bottled water served in one of those fancy Norwegian Voss bottles.

So those are good parts. Unfortunately the quality of the girls did not match the quality of the decor. When I sat down I was the only customer in the club but just a table away from me was a dancer finishing her dinner which looked like a mighty steak dinner! This was a bad sign as most of the other dancers I happened to see seemed to be heavy (but not ridiculous) by stripper standards. Maybe 5 and 6s.
