As great as Detroit is the rest of the week, there are very few clubs open on Sunday afternoons. Henry VIII's is one of them and I decided to stop in to kill some time.

The club is close to the airport on a main road in a neighborhood that is a mix of residential, industrial, and park/country club. Bogart's and Flight Club are both just a short walk away.

Cover was $5 and I had to pass through a turnstile to get in. Bottle water here was the cheap kind, not the fancy Voss bottles found in the more high-end clubs. Can't remember the price - but between $7 and $10 which is standard for Detroit clubs.
