Been to scruples. What's cool is they have buckets of beer (5x 7oz) for $6. Cheap drinks for the most part. Has two pool tables, but one of them is positioned very poorly making it difficult for certain shots. The hustle train is real here. Almost every girl will come down off the pole and go around the inside of the bar and get tips. But not just $1. Once you give them $1, they lift their leg up and won't leave until you put a second dollar in their thong. Then they go back on stage for a second song and when they come down this time it's only a $1 hustle. It adds up quickly as each girl will take you for $3. Definitely not the best place to make your money go a long way. For the most part, this place is a dive. Seems like a lot of regulars. The dancers are average. Some attractive ones. Lap dances are the standard $20 / song. Smoking allowed inside which is good during the winter months. If you're in the area, it's not the worst place to go since the drinks are inexpensive. Otherwise, I'd recommend going somewhere else or just drive into Philly.
