Jimmy's is my preferred spot in the Huntsville area...I like my clubs to be a little seedy but not bottom of the barrel. I prefer decent-looking women who will get nasty in a dance to young hotties Who are too worried about checking their text messages to give a good dance. Jimmy's offers pretty much that. Used to be out in the boonies, but since the WalMart sprung up next door it's closer to civilization. Still it remains an oasis of sin against encroaching civilization.

My recent visit was on a Saturday night, probably arriving about 2:30 AM. I tend to go pretty late at night. In the past I believe the cover was $10 on weekends, but for whatever reason this Saturday it was just $5. As soon as I got inside, it seemed things had changed. Not sure why or what happened, but I seem to remember there was a bit of a purge a few years back and maybe that happened again recently (last time I went was in December). There were less ladies than I was used to (about 12 - 15, against the usual 20 - 25 for a Saturday night). Also, the music had changed...it was mostly hard rock with a bot of country, whereas in the past there was a lot of rap and electronic music, very little rock, and never country. For me that was a welcome change, but it may have been a big part of the changed atmosphere. Also, the club was less crowded than in the past...probably another result of the music change and possible dancer purge.

My ATF, from whom I have been getting dances for the last couple of years, wasn't there. Not sure if that was just because she isn't always in town, or because she might be gone now. I fear the latter, because I didn't recognize many of the dancers there...seemed like there had been a large turnover recently. The dancers were mostly white (I recall one, maybe two AA ladies, less than in the past), range of sizes and body types, and a lot of tattoos seems to still be a common theme. Quality was decent to good for most, although the average age seemed a little higher than most clubs in the area. I sat for a while and nursed a Coke ($3.50, $3.75, something like that), watched the ladies on the stage, and tried to see what the current crop looked like as a whole and decided who I wanted to get a few dances from. Usually I will also tip the dancers onstage now and then, but this evening I didn't even do that...just felt like chilling at my seat. It was starting to get close to closing when I realized it was time to make a move (while they advertise that they are open until 5, they really tend to shut everything down by 4:30). One of the few dancers I recognized from the past, from whom I had gotten a nice dance or two before, caught my eye as she came out of the private dance area. Name escapes me, but she is curvy, great tits, short, with short blonde hair. Asked her for a dance and she said she would after she took care of some things...but then she ran off and seemed to get stuck talking t someone else. Hmm.
