I was just about to give up on Fuego's after the last time I went, but then they handed me one of their flyers as I was walking out that mentioned that every Wednesday would now have a new dancer contest so I figured why not give them one more chance and go see it. It has to be a good chance that it will at least be entertaining even if the new dancers somehow don't look that good. I wish I could build a time machine and slap myself for thinking that.

Before I talk about last night, I would like to describe my first trip to Fuegos and what it once was. The first time I went there it was my first time going to any strip club that wasn't in Vegas or Atlantic City and it was July of last year. We got there around 10pm on a Wednesday not expecting much and then suddenly 15 min after we get there, this beautiful light-skinned thing gets on stage with perfect titties and a pretty face and starts shaking her ass on beat to a rap song that i had originally hated before (but now it is one of favorites because of her dance). Later found out her name was Miami. Then, the club goes within 10 minutes from having a eight or nine average looking dancers to about 40+ girls with the majority of them being 7s and 8s and a couple of 9s. This was at 11pm on a regular Wednesday!! There was only maybe a 20 or so guys that night and there were plenty of extra chairs and space. Then, the girl on stage gave me a dance and after each song she would stop and say do you want to continue as did each of the five other girls I got dances from that night. There was barely any girl there that night that I didn't want to get a dance from. One of the best nights in my strip club history.

Now to last night. First, the new dancer contest was a lie!! The dancers didn't even know it was on the flyer. Also, the club was as dead as can be. There was 8 or 9 customers in there and about 25 girls just sitting chairs. Only one or two of the customers were actually getting lap dances. After being there for a couple minutes, I could see why. None of the girls did anything for me. They were all a bunch of 5s and 6s. Something you can easily flirt with and get in your regular day life. That wasn't what officially killed Fuego's forever for me. It's two things. Number one: their new layout. They have now removed all of the chairs from the wall, so the only chairs left are those close to the main stage. The chairs that used to be beside the smaller stage are now couches and that area is considered VIP now so you have to pay to get a wristband to get a lapdance at the same spot that was free a month ago. Also with all of those chairs gone, it's going to be extremely uncomfortable getting a lapdance on weekends when everyone will basically be standing now and even if you're getting a dance, you'll be right by the stage or so close to someone else that the dancer won't even be able to move freely. Which brings me to the main new issue that will occur soon. Now I had heard from a couple of other dancers at other clubs that Fuegos was going to start this rule, but I thought they were just trying to get me to go their club more but after two more girls last night told me the same thing I now believe it is true. Within the next week or so, there will be no more lapdances on the floor. The only places you'll be able to get lapdances is in VIP. This means no more $10 dances. You can only either watch the girl on stage or pay and go to VIP and hope there's a spot available. Also, expect to see a lot of their regular dancers gone soon due to this rule and the money they're going to lose because of it. Fuego's, you were like the first couple seasons of the show Weeds. Such great moments in the beginning and yet it fell so hard. I recommend no one go here ever. It almost makes you want to give up strip clubs.
