The nickname is "LA grind," which is pretty accurate. I arrived at 7 on a Tuesday, finding 6 pretty Latina girls sitting on couches. I checked out a petite brunette who called herself Maria and went to the dance floor (50 cents per minute with a 20-minute minimum, plus a similar amount in tips to the girl), where she immediately started grinding her thigh against my crotch. I put my hands all over her body (but not up her skirt or down her bra) and she told me it was fine to continue.

From what I saw of the other couples on the floor, this is fairly standard: old white guys groping young Latinas while they dance cheek to cheek and the girl stares into space with a bored expression on her face. I did see one guy keep trying to put his hand up a girl's skirt and her keep moving his hand away, so there are obviously limits.

There are also couches where you can sit with a girl, but most of the action seemed to take place on the dance floor and there weren't many couples sitting. I didn't see any "extras" or couples making out.
