went in for a Monday visit - yes it was a long weekend. very slow by a HL standard as one of the best SC's in the West.

Now anyone knows anything about the HL, you know to stay away on Monday due to a strict policy - very strict.

went in about 2:30 - slim pickings. Apparently even the girls know to stay away on Monday. Carter was there - she is incredible and has lost a ton a weight. she looks awesome and still dances very well. As usual there is something for everyone and anyone at the hl - it is a true buffet.
