Ok, trying this again as it seems like my last review didn't take. I've been to this place a number of times, and it can be super hit-or-miss depending on who is working. The neighborhood is just down the block from Gary, but feels relatively safe. My first time here, I drove past the place a bunch of times before seeing the tiny sign. You walk in, pay the $10 cover, and they take your name down, which always struck me as a little fucked up. The interior is always super dark, so while others have pointed out that this was a former bank, it doesn't really add any high roller flair to the place. If you told me the place used to be a Pizza Hut I'd believe you if it wasn't for the thick steel door of the vault room. When you walk in, there are always a few guys at tables scattered throughout the place, almost all with a girl at the table trying to talk him into a dance. I hate being rude to dancers, but there are a few here who just latch onto you if you let them, really pushy. The kind of pushy where they won't take your first 3 or four polite refusals and you pretty much have to tell them you are not interested. I dislike this a lot for a few reasons - I don't like flat out refusing women who are just looking to support themselves, and if you do this to more than one dancer they all avoid you. This is REALLY a pain in the ass when you have your eye on one dancer and she starts to avoid you. Anyway, there is usually at least one standout dancer who is worth a few dances. Mileage is usually decent on these. There was one dancer who was my go-to for a while who went by the name Delicious. She was ridiculously hot, a curvy Latina with a pretty face and a body that made you want to go sit in your car and weep. Just fucking ridiculous. Anyway, it sounds like she doesn't dance here anymore, so I have not been by in a while. Anyone know where Delicious is these days? Also, dudes, put some paper towels in your paper towel thing in the bathroom.
