If you are in the Harrisburg area, this is the only real game in town. The atmosphere is semi-decent inside. The place looks like it's in the middle of a war zone from the outside.

Most of the dancers were reasonably attractive. They have soft chairs right near the stage. This is nice for chilling out and smoking a cigar as you watch the ladies. Drink prices are about what you'd expect.

I had heard some good things about this club, and some bad things. All of them tended to be true. For example, the low cover charge and decent looking dancers are positives. However, this club has some very strict and odd rules. If you even brush up against a dancer on stage as you tip her, she will warn you. I was blown away at this. My hand literally brushed her thigh. There is also no touching up north or south in the private dance rooms. You can offer to tip pretty much whatever you want and this does not appear to change. No free drinks or food in the champagne rooms, which were pretty drab, but brightly lit. This club also does not allow phones of any kind inside. This is absurd and annoying. None of the major city clubs do this...why this one?
