While I'll readily admit this place is a dive, it (along with the other clubs owned by the temptations syndicate) may be what you're looking for, provided you're willing to lay down over a grand in an evening. While the place is small, run down, and charges no cover, be ready to lay down $12 per well drink. Also in direct opposition to the trashy setting, there is no longer any smoking here or at any of the new Orleans clubs. Which drives the staff and patrons into the courtyard where the unobserved vip rooms are. With the right girl, an hour in a vip room (about $800) provided you with everything you might be looking for... With no sound barrier between the rooms and the new smoking enclave, it's harder to get away with. All in all, whether you go or not, use the trashy club rule of thumb and don't trust a waitress with an open tab.
