The pastie word on the street is a fact. On this visit, the dancers were wearing the tape. Most didn't seem too worried if it came off during a private dance. Afterwards, they would go back to the dressing room to replace the tape. The IR still does the free shot with your first drink in the afternoon. And I have always found the bartenders provide great service. The crowd was fairly light when I arrived at around 6:00, but got busier at around shift change after 7:00. While I enjoyed my beer, a gorgeous blonde joined me for a little casual conversation. We then headed for the benches for a dance, which turned into several. In spite of the pasties, the two-way contact was still up to the Inner Room standard. I liked that she checked with me every few songs and didn't just continue on dancing without my agreement. I have had some dancers keep dancing until you say stop, and then insist they danced more than you thought. I had one dancer do four dances and insist it was six. This blonde beauty could have kept me going for another hour, but my wallet was crying uncle. The dancer quality at the Inner Room can sometimes be sketchy, but with the $10 dances, it gives a good bang for your strip club dollar, even when compared to the Tampa clubs.
