I was in CT on business, and went over to Rubys. It was a bit quiet on a mid-afternoon, but overall an OK experience. Its not as much fun as some others, but its open and is an old stand-by. I usually have a rental, but I did see some nice cars around, so maybe its not as bad a neighborhood as it seems at first.

Girls were certainly friendly, but a bit distant. It seems to me that the regs get all the attention and if its obvious you're just passing through, its not as much fun.
