This place USED to be decent...

This place USED to be decent about 10 years ago. Nowadays it's become a rat-hole. I gave it a shot last month for old-time's sake, and it was completely empty. Its location 4 blocks outside of the main drag dooms the place - there is not enough foot traffic. I would definitely avoid it.
