As an afternoon hound I have always enjoyed (and continue to enjoy) Cheetahs mostly because of the continuous stage show regardless of how busy it is. In the afternoon unless you arrive by cab there will be no cover until about 7:00pm. I think it is official until 6:00pm but usually ignored after that. Dances are $10 which used to be a great bargain but lately the dancing seems more controlled. The amount of bouncer scrutiny is huge (3 bouncers usually as opposed to OG which, daytime has none, only a manager sort of watching).

Many of the favorites have moved on, I am told because management is more picky now, but I still see a few 4's and hardly ever an 8 or 9.

The mileage has been decidedly reduced of late and there is a much heavier pressure to follow there 2 drink minimum rule (2 domestic beers are $9, one is $8). Hands on $10 dances on the floor are still sort of OK depending on the girl as long as shes OK with it and your discrete. Nascar is much rarer now and other stuff is harder to find. Maybe it is only a day shift thing but I don't partake at night anyways. Too much smoke, too crowded and prices always get jacked.
