Have visited club rouge multiple times over the past couple of years. Most of the girls are friendly. Some of the girls here are really hot. $10 entry fee and $5 car parking. Club allows smoking and beer. Pastie topless girls only as per Richmond law. Not a big club with a single stage and two poles. They seem to have a food menu but I have not tried it. Club is located downtown and parking is limited. But there is another paid parking lot across the street. Dance rates are expensive : 65$ for a song or two, 100$ for 10 minutes, 150$ for 15 min and so on. They have a decent private VIP area upstairs. Friday and Saturday evenings usually have more girls working.
