So, first of all - this is my favorite club in Vegas. yes, it is the biggest, and some people find that alluring. Second - the girls there are not as old as some of the other clubs that have bad lighting and can get away with that. Also, probably the most diverse bunch.

The weird thing about Sapphires is that it feels like a totally different place when it's full vs. a slow night. it's like it can only function when it's full and the whole space is open. When it's full, it's booming with energy that reverberates through its big space and high ceilings. On the other hand, when it's a slow night and they shut off half off the club with a curtain, it has a strange effect on the energy. Perhaps it's more noticeable if you spend enough time there (which I did) and observe both the closing of the curtains and the shift change.

Anyways, I'd say for a high end Vegas club where everyone's goal is to rip you off, this place actually gives you a decent value for your money. Girls are pretty friendly and most of them will just hang out with you and have a drink if you are not buying a dance right away. Not the whole "wanna dance" routine you get at Rhino, usually with a bad accent. The VIP rooms are decent - spacious and are just the right amount of dark.
