This club seems cleaner with a better crowd than I remember the last time I tried it out. The DJ is the only thing I still find irksome, and I still think he should talk less. He was not complete garbage, but in my opinion less is more when it comes to DJing. I am not sure if the cover was higher before but now it is $20. The dance system is better the Mons Venus negotiable crap. To me there is probably not a stripper on the planet worth more $25 a dance. So this is another area where Mons needs to wake up. The dancers were at least on par with Mons and probably better. I struck up a conversation with friendly stripper who offered discount admission passes. This again elevates it compared to its aforementioned competitor. Finally they have poaching talent from across the street as well. I am not sure the reason why, nor do I care, but this trend means that a visit to any other club than this one when I am in Tampa seems less and less likely. This club is almost at the level that I can tolerate it without alcohol. But it being walking distance from a HoJo pretty much seals the deal in that respect.
