Got here on a Saturday afternoon....
Got here on a Saturday afternoon. Cover charge was $9.50 before 7pm, and $13.50 after. Draft beer (kinda water-down quite a bit) is only $1 before 9pm. There is a complimentary fajita (beef and chicken) buffet before 8pm Monday to Friday. Lots of TV throughout the club. They usually put the Rockets game on if the Rockets are playing. Although most of the time the TV will be showing soccer matches. Parking lot is pretty big with security at night time, you feel pretty safe leaving the club at 2am. You can valet or self-park.
There are 4 stages in the club (they added the fourth stage 2 weeks ago). Each dancer does 2 dances per stage. Depending on the DJ, some songs seem to be on the short side (2.5 to 3 minutes) and some are decently long (5 minutes or so). It's always hit or miss. Most songs are usually in Spanish. It takes a little bit to get used to if you are not into songs sung in Spanish. It is my observation that the second song (where the dancer goes topless) is usually longer. $20 per dance. Most of the dancers are Cubans. If you come in at night time, it's pretty much exclusively Cubans. There are more Mexicans and other Hispanic dancers during day time.
This is a Hispanic club. Most dancers speak little to no English. Therefore if you are not Hispanic, most girls would not come to you because of the language barrier. The non-Cuban dancers seem to speak better English, however. IMO the Cuban dancers are very good looking (8s and 9s. You can rarely find any dancer below 6s) and most of them have really nice/fit body. They are very playful and fun to have dances with in comparison with other clubs (Men's club/Colorado/Centerfolds). They all act like (come on, you know it's all an act) they enjoy giving out dances. On a side note, most waitresses there speak perfect English, go figure.
