I decided to stop in Barely...
I decided to stop in Barely Legal to wrap up my weekend in New Orleans for Easter weekend. I've been before and it was during Mardi Gras the year before, and I have been meaning to go back and actually make an effort to check out the talent, not just sit with a group and knock back beers because all of the regular bars were packed. Typical Bourbon Street beer prices and the cover was $10, not too bad for Bourbon.
I got in around 11pm and it was kind of slow. There were 12 or 15 customers in the club and plenty of open seats at the stage and the bar. I ordered a Heineken and grabbed a seat at the stage near the back of the club. There were a few really cute dancers making their way around the club, but unfortunately they didn't make their way to the stage. The girl who did get on stage and try to dance for me was really super skinny, no chest and a few tattoos, which I don't mind, but she had a goth look to her and I just wasn't feeling her. She was very nice and well spoken, and was very friendly when I declined table-side dances or private dances from her. I got up and ordered another beer and sat at a table further away from the stage, just drinking and checking out talent as they made their way around.
After awhile of just watching and declining dances from girls, I finally hit it off with a sexy brunette with a thick body in all the right ways. She was about 5'5", voluptuous and easy to talk to with amazing eyes and lips and she smelled incredible, which is always a big plus for me. There is nothing worse on a dancer than foul smells, both from their armpits or lower. We chatted and she took me back for a private dance for $40 per song, so I only bought 2 dances from her. She was very attentive with eye contact and her hands, constantly running her hands through my hair and putting her arms around me. The grind was sub-par for my standards. It wasn't air-dancing by any means, but it was just, I don't ...off a bit. She would turn around and bounce her ass of my lap and then straddle me and just lightly turn her hips from side to side. I don't know, maybe she's sat in one too many wet spots on her customers pants, but it's like she was purposely trying not to get me TOO excited. I was disappointed to say the least. When I come to Bourbon Street, I expect some pretty good grind and two-way contact. She actually followed me back to my table and chatted with me some more. Being a slow night I guess she as just happy to have someone to make her laugh and hold a conversation. After a bit of salesmanship I convinced her to go seek out other customers and that I'd do the same with the dancers, you know, spread the wealth.
